Pilot Alignment 101

Find an automotive shop with a good sense of humor. I have a good friend who works at a dealership in Austin, TX that allowed us to use their Hunter alignment machine. We set the suspension to ~1/2 travel(normal ride height when driving fast). The following is the setup we used and has worked well so far. I like to use a broom stick across the steering yoke to set it perfectly straight.

Front caster: 6.5 degrees(tilted back)

Front camber: 3 degrees (tilted in)

Front toe: 1/4" out

Rear Caster: 0 degrees

Rear camber: 0 degrees

Rear toe: 0 "

fat bastard working on it!
