My Pilot frame has always been bent and tweaked since I bought it. The rear left suspension mounts never fit the a-arms and I needed to fix it up.
This is the amount the down tube was tweaked.
A high-lift jack is my weapon of choice for battling bent frames. Remember, the Pilot frame is made from the cheapest metal in the world. It is very soft and does not take much pressure to bend it.

This is after, it is not absolutely perfect but the picture is deceiving. The level is sitting on some welds and gives the illusion that the tube is still really bad.
I am also moving the battery to the front of the buggy to get more weight up front. This will help eliminate the "Pilot Push" and allow easier access to the clutches and belt.
